BEAUMONT PARK HOME CARE
Our experienced manager heads a team of over 100 male and female carers,
who travel throughout Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire and Bedfordshire
providing a service which now has the reputation of providing the highest
possible quality care in the home environment. Much emphasis is put on
individuality and independence. Clients are encouraged to continue their
daily home routine as they have always done, and to maintain important
links with their families and the community outside their home
YOUR NEEDS
Listed below are some of the services we can offer. However the first
step is to arrange for a Locality Manager to visit you and discuss your
individual needs and carry out an assessment that ensures you are aware
of everything that is available to you. Our Home visits can range from
a quarter hour up to 24-hour care.
CARE PLAN
All Clients receive a Care Plan that is tailored to their own needs
and once a timetable has been agreed a provisional start date for home
care can usually be arranged within one week
WE ARE ACCREDITED BY HUNTINGDONSHIRE,
CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND BEDFORDSHIRE SOCIAL SERVICES
SERVICES AVAILABLE
- Personal Care:
Assistance can be provided with washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
- Meal Preparation:
Food can be cooked in your own home.
- Check Calls:
Cup of tea. Have you taken your medication? We check all is well
- Telephone Check Calls:
Medication reminder. Have you locked the door? Check all is well
- Social Care
A carer can even take you shopping or go for
you. Do you want to go to church, the local pub or to your appointment
at the doctor or the local hospital? We can take you.
- Domestic Work
Light household tasks can be undertaken
- Night Sitting
We provide the reassurance of a sleeping night
service from 8pm to 8am.
